Sadly this place is too old now. It smells funny there are places that actually leak from the roof there's a lot of musty smells and most of the shops are closed down.

2023 July 3★ The mall itself is ok. It's clean and has a few anchor stores that include the supermarket and a dollar store at time of writing.

Nice big mall, the education center is there but other then that the mall is kinda dead except for the metro next door.

As someone who grew up in Barrie from 1993 and on, looking at the mall now versus like 2007 (15 years ago) it's honestly sad.
