Perfect mall to go with family, friends, or just by your self the stores are all wonderful and have something for everyone. Smiles you see on faces of other families is so wonderful, they have jewelry stores and claw machines, clothing stores for young, old, babies, in between ages, food court wonderful chooses, they have bath and body, hair salons for men and women, nail places, chocolate stores, banks, stores all, it is a really great mall to visit

Sadly this place is too old now. It smells funny there are places that actually leak from the roof there's a lot of musty smells and most of the shops are closed down. Honestly this was my favorite place in the 90s going here after school or even during school lol. Unfortunately there's no theater there's no food court there's really nothing here anymore. Hate to say it but you might as well finally build condos on this property. Maybe do commercial on the bottom and residential up top you probably could do really good with that.

2023 July 3★ The mall itself is ok. It's clean and has a few anchor stores that include the supermarket and a dollar store at time of writing. A lot of the smaller stores are closed and the foot traffic is few making this place this place feel empty. Though it's really not bad.

As someone who grew up in Barrie from 1993 and on, looking at the mall now versus like 2007 (15 years ago) it's honestly sad. It used to be our hangout for after school, whether it would be pool at the bowling alley, catching a movie at the Bayfield 7 cinemas, checking out Sir Games A Lot, and then getting a bite to eat at A&W or Subway, it was a great mall! Now, there's maybe 20% occupancy rate and there's only 1 restaurant (a jerk chicken place) and a DQ that's only open here and there. It's sad seeing what once was a very happening and busy mall turn to this depressing, dirty, empty and sad place. EDIT: just visited it again in August 2023, and the DQ is gone now too aswell as the Pharma Plus which was in this mall for at least 20 years. I wouldn't doubt that this mall closes down in the next 5 years.
