Fairview Mall was smaller than we expected. Just an L shaped mall. Doesn't branch out like STC. There's a lot more Asian stores/restaurants here. If you're looking for business casual clothes, Fairview Mall has quite a few stores that sell these type of clothes and shoes. There's Hudson's Bay (they'll be gone by end of June 2025 I hear), RW&CO, H&M, Mango, Oak + Fort, Uniqlo, Aldo, Call It Spring, Steve Madden, Marshalls, Browns, Jack & Jones, and SoftMoc. These were the ones we went into. However, some of the places listed were either way to expensive or the "business casual" clothes and shoes that I saw on their website, didn't exist in store. Hudson's Bay closing sale netted is some good deals with the business casual clothes we were looking for. Uniqlo had some business casual clothes, but the sizes were a bit too small. Marshalls had cheaper priced belts (~$16 to ~$25 range). Stopped by T&T Supermarket for a snack break (the bakery seems to sometimes get discounts and clearance sales). The washrooms in this mall will lock once the mall reaches closing time. The employees of the mall will literally pull out some sort of metal gate that locks you from going into the washroom. So make sure you use the washroom before the mall closes. Overall, it's a good mall. There's plenty of variety of food (lots of Asian options). There's way more business casual type clothes and shoes stores here than at STC (from what I could see). However, if you're looking for dress shoes for kids, cause you don't fit into the dress shoes/business casual shoes that you want... From our hunt, we didn't find any stores in the mall that sells kids dress shoes.

The shop is big. But there are mostly branded products. You might get discounted products in Hudson Bay. there were lots of parking. The shop has separate food court. It has sports shop or the fashion accessories. Overall its a good place to visit. It has also best buy express.

CF Fairview Mall is one of the largest shopping centers in North York, West Toronto. It has a great selection of popular brands, from shoes and clothing to Apple, GameStop, and LEGO stores. If you’re looking for seasonal or family shopping with great discounts, I highly recommend visiting on weekends. The mall has both underground and multi-level parking, making it convenient for visitors. I personally come here for the Apple Store, as it’s one of the largest locations in Toronto. The food court is also impressive, offering a wide variety of options. Definitely worth a visit!

Fairview Mall is a clean, easy-to-navigate shopping spot with a good mix of stores, a decent food court, and plenty of parking. While not huge, it’s convenient for everyday needs. Connected to Hudson’s Bay and easily accessible by TTC, it’s also a great place to hang out. With cozy eateries, coffee shops, and a festive vibe—especially around Christmas—it offers a pleasant shopping experience.
