Nice little shopping mall. Liquor, coffee, barber shop, Chinese restaurant, vegan restaurant, and atm!

We go to Fountain restaurant for the real Chinese food but you can have the white man Chinese food too ,their Dim Sim when they first started was real good but as months pass by they got worse, they took a month holiday now so when thay reopen hoping the Dim Sum we'll be back tasting great again

I’m giving this place a solid 4 stars because it has a Timmies and a liquor store. Literally 2/3 of what you need to survive in life! If this strip mall had a grocery store and a dispensary… I would totally give it a full 5 stars. Lots of parking and easy access to some of the main streets in Victoria.

Well, there’s a liquor store Tim Hortons in a Chinese food restaurant what else would you need? Parking is easy. Access is easy. Will be back again.
