The convenience shop has everything you may need, ranging from laundry detergent, stationary and wiring utensils, to cheesecake and a wide variety of snacks and treats you can't find anywhere else in the area, and all of their items are reasonably priced! If you're from this area you know Montfort restaurants are a great place to have a seat and enjoy a meal, or even order for pickup or delivery. The cellphone repair shop is another great option if youre in need of a new device, repair, or advice. In my opinion, this plaza and all the shops in it are underrated! Love it!

I gave the variety store another chance- recent visits were not what one would call a welcoming experience. I won't be going back. Too busy on their phone to even look at me while I got lottery tickets, and just downright rude.

The only stores in this plaza is the Oxford learning centres, a driving school, a connivence store, a cafe that's never open, and a dentist office. I wouldn't classify this as a plaza and more as an abandoned lower level of an unmaintained building with multiple complaints against it for health violations. If the mould growing in the underground parking lot doesn't deter you from ever coming back here how about the constant leaking of the pipes or the sewage spilling out in the underground. The constant aroma of sewage in this building and cockroaches should be enough to keep anyone away. They don't maintain this building at all and the cracking support poles in the underground tells you as much. I made a complaint to Public Health and they said that the City of Burlington Property Standards already has a file open on this building but apparently they aren't doing anything to reinforce their "standards".

MYP!!! It may just be opening but the owner and massage therapist Jen is an experienced and magical healer. Few words can describe her treatment but a phrase that comes to mind is "ahhhhh...that's the spot". Jenn works her well trained han, elbows and as importantly her mind to ensure that together you work towards a stronger healthier body and mind!! I was happy to be her first client/patient at this beautiful new business!! Best of luck! Tina

It's a landmark in transition and hopefully for the betterment of the downtown area. It has only one direction to go and that is up and under the new on site property manager it's starting to turn around.
