I like this store a lot. I always find fantastic deals. Recently got a ton of brand new Gap, Roxy, Athletica and Billabong clothing. Tags attached and 70% off. Some clothing may have small damage but I just make sure I check everything before purchasing. I’ve only had a small handful of items with damage that I’ve found over the years of shopping here. The toys are hit and miss but I have found fantastic items before. Recently I had to exchange a pair of pants because I realized they had a small hole when I got home and didn’t have any issues doing so. I would recommend this store. It’s clean and I’ve only had positive interactions with the staff.

I don’t think I’ll return. There are some deals, but a lot of items prices are comparable to what you would find at regular retail price. A lot of the items they are trying to sell are either damaged, or missing pieces. Although some of the small appliances are fairly enticing, it’s not worth saving mere shekels for a product that’s been opened, damaged, and or missing important pieces. The customer service is terrible. A short old guy, who wore a hat that said “security” on it was very rude to my mother. That’s no way you treat a lady, let alone a woman in need of assistance. I was astonished by the interaction. My mother was left just as shocked as I was. I do sincerely hope that this individual gets at least some retraining, as this interaction is what will steer me away from ever returning. In conclusion, this place is not worth checking out, the prices don’t even substantiate a returning trip.

Well, I do like going to this place a lot but an incident has happened recently which involved a covert racism and implicit bias. So, I was standing in the line where everybody was standing and couple in front of went to checkout and I was first in the line and then a caucasian couple just came and was standing in the next line to us. Let me tell you that I am south asian and people behind me were south asians too and then lady on the counter was like line starts from where the caucasian couple has been standing and I let her know that they came after me and just decided to stand there but was completely ignored and she didn't responded and wanted us to move and subtly hinting that we should be in line behind the other couple. This whole incident made me so uneasy afterwards. They have been always subtly racist towards us anyways but this time it was so direct and I could not let it go. The lady who works there is old and wears glasses. I wish they will do better in future.

Store is neat and tidy compared to the previous tenent. The product offerings are from used returned items to new obscure items that would have a hard time finding a market. Deals can be found however.

Today I went to channel to exchange an item and the customer service lady was so rude, she yelled at me in front of all customer telling me the company is bankrupt and the new company who bought the store is not accepting exchanges, that my receipt was more than 7 days older, I asked about the policy because nobody told me there was 7 days limit to exchange and she raised her voice telling me that it has been always like this, that’s not an explanation, she kept yelling at me and I was almost crying, I said it’s ok thank you and went inside the store to check another item and she sent the security lady after me telling me not go inside the store with the item I purchased before even though I had my receipt, I just left and not coming back again, poor customer service, employees think they own the store and treat you like nothing! Avoid this store!
