Pleasantly surprised how kind and helpful staff are (you know sometimes you go into a store and they’re no help).This was my first time in the store to make an electronic purchase and staff answered all my questions and even gave me a quick demo. Price was lower than other big chain stores (for the refurbished product), which is a plus! Thanks to the guys for all their help and patience with me. I’ll be back. :)

Since I placed an online order during weekend, and immediately requested an inquiry of revising my last name which has a typo here. But none of theirs customer service phone calls or store team emails helped. They just said will do and put a note in my order but without changing anything in theirs system or on the shipping label. Luckily after a couple of days the concierge desk guy didn’t refuse my parcel and finally passed it to me with the wrong last name on the label. And guess what, the product package is kind of damaged although it looks like not opened but those bad shopping experiences to make this is the last time that I will online/in-store shopping here.
