Nicely kept inside, very clean and tidy. The parking lot needs a overhaul, and maybe a bit of a redesign. Otherwise the Elgin Centre has many great stores to go to.

The Elgin Center in St Thomas is a great place to bring the whole family on a shopping extravaganza. It even has mini golf inside and a brand new candy shop with candies Baby Boomers can really sink...

I always go to Pamper Me when I need a Haircut! I stopped going to 1st Choice Haircutters since I have to walk Everywhere! No Wait at all and the Hairdressers are Friendly!

Brought grandkids to watch Minecraft in 3D. They loved it, i also did. This theater is always clean, always has best movies. Prices are bit high.

The interior of this mall reminds me of a poorly finished basement, with 80% of the lighting in the walkway of the mall consisting of pot lights. Wok Express is the best Chinese food I've had though.
