Crêpes De Luxe specializes in French inspired sweet and savoury crêpes and galettes. Our batter is made from five simple ingredients: milk, eggs, flour, butter, and salt. We also offer a gluten free/dairy free buckwheat crêpe. Top with Nutella, caramel (dulce de leche,) butter and sugar, assorted jams, or our handmade rich, creamy custard. Add fresh strawberries, blueberries, bananas, and other fruit. Feeling a little savoury? Five types of cheeses, tomatoes, mushrooms, baby spinach, and roasted red peppers make a delightful galette. Proteins include eggs, ham, grilled chicken breast in regular or halal, smoked salmon, and halal pepperoni. The house garlic sauce is made from sour cream, fresh garlic, and salt: simple, but so delicious! Every crêpe is made to order and fully customizable.Our coffee beans, from São Carlos, Brazil, are locally roasted by Hale Coffee in Toronto and always fresh!
