Very quiet and well spaced out mall. The food court is a bit small and could use more variety. The mall has walmart and other bigger chains. They also have 3 bubble tea joint.

This location is exceptional. I commend the building's architectural design. Numerous prominent brands are represented, including Hollister, Miniso, Tim Hortons, Real Juice, and Plateora, among others. The restrooms are clean and well-maintained. The expansive food court features a wide array of renowned food brands. I highly recommend a visit.

one of the largest shopping centers in Kitchener area, featuring a good mix of popular retailers, restaurants, and services. Oftentimes it can get quite busy, especially on weekends. Parking is generally available but can be challenging during peak hours. The food court has a variety of options, though seating can be limited. Overall, it’s a convenient spot for shopping, but it doesn’t stand out as anything exceptional.

Fairview Park is a large and modern shopping mall that offers a great shopping experience. It has a wide variety of stores—from clothing and electronics to groceries and home items. I went there recently and found everything I needed under one roof. The mall is clean, spacious, and easy to walk around. There are also many places to sit and relax. One of the best parts is the food court, which has several good options for a quick bite. Parking is free and easy to find, which makes it very convenient. I enjoyed browsing through stores like Walmart, Hudson’s Bay, and other smaller shops. The mall is also family-friendly, with a safe environment for all ages. I gave it 5 stars because the overall experience was excellent. The customer service in stores was helpful, and I didn’t feel rushed. Whether you want to shop, eat, or just hang out with friends, Fairview Park is a great spot. I would definitely visit again for casual shopping or window browsing. It’s one of the best malls in the area.

Love the mall , lots of good stores. There are lots of options for stores and food. Wish Sears was still there but not the malls fault. Wish you could rent walkers there as I tend to forget mine. Now that you can't take carts out of Wall Mart. I also wish Penningtons was still there. Should they add an arcade or something for kids?
