Giant Victoria

I have bought 4 bikes off Tyson and his great staff at Giant Victoria, every single time has been a great experience. Most recently a Revolt, they spent the time to make sure sizing was as good and made many minor adjustments until I was set up perfectly. Knowledgeable and friendly team 👍🏻

I've been to this Giant shop a couple of times for minor fixes on my Liv bike, and every time the service has been excellent. The staff are fast, friendly, and really easy to deal with. It's clear they care about helping customers, no matter how small the job.

Honestly it’s one of the best bicycle shops with the friendliest staff in Victoria. If you are looking for a new bike DO NOT skip this place. These guys will make sure you find something you love and fits your budget. Also, their mechanics are super nice and have fixed my bike on the spot, without scheduling (I’m sure they would do the same for you, provided they have the time obviously). Can’t recommend Giant Victoria enough!

Exceptional customer service and integrity. Last week while in Victoria I happened upon this Giant store and bought anew cadence sensor for my LIV road bike because the old one was not connecting to my Garmin bike computer. After installing the new sensor it still didn’t connect. I solved the issue by rebooting the bike computer and my old sensor connected. I returned by mail the new sensor and this amazing store refunded me the money immediately. I appreciate the integrity and excellent service. Thank you Karen Vancouver
