Doesn't look that big from the parking lot but they pack a bunch of stores inside. :) Clean, quiet and is nicely lit, but a dim ambiance- i like it. :) The store selection isn't crazy, but I like how Food Basics brings in population. So much potential in this mall!

We have been there several times. We have been to Tim Hortons, the gas station, the grocery store, the Hart store, and the pharmacy the nail salon the weed store We had very good experiences at all of the above mentioned establishments We are in Val Theresa about 4 or 5 times a year and we visit most of the above mentioned establishments on repeated visits

Almost every time I go there I always have to walk past 2 or 3 homeless people. It is sad and I hate to say it but it does make me nervous. The mall itself sure could use a good clean both inside and outside. Lots of issues with the mall, such as cracked floor tiles , could use a new coat of paint, windows are dirty, shopping carts are full of garbage. Lack of decorations for the Christmas holidays. Overall it feels old and not very well loved. Parking lot is a mess full of potholes. Garbage all over the place. Too bad the owners don't take better care of it.

Come-on! take Food Basics out and the place is gone. A Chartwell retirement home should be constructed and attached to it so seniors can go do grocery shopping, get their meds, buy clothes, go to a restaurant without the use of a car. Lord knows there is enough unused floor space to accommodate all. Right now that place is like someone with cancer just hanging on for dear life.
