The manager is very rude and condescending towards others. Don't shop here...even to browse. She obviously hates her job and is stuck there. Without disclosing other stores in the mall, they all have negative things to say about the manager. It's about customer service.

Coming from Stoney Creek to Westcliffe Mall, the store was closed. No sign anywhere as to when it opens again. Was extremely disappointed. I already looked up the shoes on line and wanted to try them and buy them. Other store owners did not know either when the store might open again.

Hours are horrible. Hours are not posted on the door. Google says till 5p. Was there at 445p as was another gentleman and the store is closed. I’ve now lost any interest in this place. I’m in the mall and it’s literally been open once.

I highly recommend this store. Had great selection of shoes & boots and prices were great. Amanda was very helpful. She was able to get the size of Rieker boots I wanted from their warehouse.

The manager at the Westcliff mall is absolutely the worst. So very rude. Every shoe I looked at she didn't have in .my size because apparently they only carry shoes in this store that are over a year old and only up to size 7 Very odd response. The store hasn't even been open that long. She told another customer to leave the stoe because the lady wasn't dressed like she could afford to shop there.Will never shop here again.
