Vera at Josephson’s Humbertown location is amazing. She is super helpful and her customer service is excellent. She has been helping out our family for a number of years and her attention and recommendations are always first rate. This is an excellent store for any sort of glasses. There is definitely a reason that Josephson has been around for decades. We are all very happy with all of our purchases from this store with great assistance from Vera

Today, while waiting to have a prescription filled at Humbertown SDM, I went in to ask if they could adjust my glasses which were sliding off (my fault for repeatedly putting them on my head). I did not buy this particular pair from them but they made the adjustment free of charge and were so pleasant. Thank you so much to a community member. I am dealing with some health challenges, so one less thing on my to do list meant more than you could know.

Very rude people working there. Extremely snobby and unpleasant. Not to mention their prices are extraordinarily inflated... drive 2 minutes in any direction and you'll find prices that are half of what they are charging for lenses. I honestly don't know who would be stupid enough to get their eyewear here.

Excellent selection of glasses but what really stands out at this place is the customer service. Very impressive.

Walk in welcome but due to Covid-19 appointments are suggested for proper service.
