Klarvatten Plaza

I come to this building almost every day and while the businesses are great, they really need to do something about the parking. I understand it's difficult given the space but it's almost impossible to find a stall at many points of the day. Perhaps there are more establishments than the small parking lot can handle. I am not sure.

Great little plaza, day care is busy, music school is fantastic, physiotherapy, chiro, massage, and acupuncture are all top notch! To top things off theres a few other great businesses and an amazing little cafe on the lower level. Downside,evening parking is a bit of a nightmare.

Very unique architecture to this building. You will find many professional services to daycare. Modern building. Interior is very clean, there is elevator, accessible parking, exterior grounds keeping needs to improve. There is a lot of trash/garbage and debris on the exterior grounds. The grass cutting contractor mows through all debris and makes is worse. This debris carries into the the adjacent roads and neighborhood. This does not bare well for the property management company incharge of the maintenance of this building.

I used to go here for physio. have to say I'm not keen on going back as the students/parents of the schools upstairs are constantly parking in the handicapped and thus making it difficult for those that need the space
