Nice place with many useful shops and easy to navigate. Currently there’s a pharmaprix, three banks, a coffee shop, a dominos, ups, and more! Gets windy next to the corridor when it’s very windy.

Parking is horrible. Being a pedestrian is even worse. The parking area has short isles with a lot of blind spots. The lanes are not well marked. Pedestrians walk anywhere and everywhere.

It is a small shopping mall used mostly by the community of île des sœurs. It is accessible by car and bike, and has a small park at 5 to 10 minutes walking distance.

The stores are good. Personalized proximity service. Has for the Campanile itself, not sure it is well maintained. A large piece of brick felt next to me last winter 😱
