Leduc Common

This place has pretty much everything you need for a shopping district and parking is never a problem. Traffic is totally ridiculous though, especially since there are only two ways in and out, and the back way is through residential. Don't go here at peak hours unless you have a lot of time. It would be nice if a gym would open up here!

Reasonable place to shop for most items, between the Rona (average), Walmart (average), Canadian Tire (solid), Marks (average), Michaels (average), winners (decent), sport check (decent), dollorama (the usual) peavey (above average), and the rest. Good set up for a small city.

Great place to shop, bad place to dine out. The Vietnamese restaurant is the only place I did it and trust me. I’ve eaten it at every location. As why Swiss chalet has closed.

It's a strip mall with lots of different locations. Including rona canadian tire walmart dollar store Timmy's gas bars banks planet fitness banks etc. So a bit of everything. However it can get busy and some issues with road ragers I've experienced myself. Like literally smashed my window because they thought they had the right of way. So extreme violence.

A little bit busy, but lots of businesses with friendly and efficient service folks. Love the subway here, and the mucho burrito does good work, too. The Tim Hortons parking lot is a bit of a gong show to get in and out of, so if you're healthy enough to make the walk from the gas bar parking lot just go there and save yourself the stress.
