One of my favorite places to shop and yet today it's going to get only three stars. I shop at all the Marshalls and Winners in Windsor.

You can use shopping cart in store, but you can’t push it to the parking lot. If you can’t take all products to your car, you have to purchase a shopping bag $1.5.

My daughter asked an employee if it’s okay to touch a pallet that has highlighter, blush contour she was gonna buy it anyways and the employee said yes and then has she’s putting it on her another...

Poor absolutely nothing stocked up and its not post Christmas. This has been the scenario almost since june 2021..even during peak holiday shopping season their aisles were partially empty.
