Marshalls

One of my favorite places to shop and yet today it's going to get only three stars. I shop at all the Marshalls and Winners in Windsor. This will not make me stop shopping there but it will certainly make me wonder what the heck your rules are and why they aren't implemented by all your cashiers. Today for the first time ever the cashier did not want to scan my courtesy card or whatever it's called. She did write on the receipt that we had one but she refused to scan it off my phone. This has never happened before and probably will never happen again but either implement the rules by all cashiers or by none, thank you and have a wonderful day everyone.

You can use shopping cart in store, but you can’t push it to the parking lot. If you can’t take all products to your car, you have to purchase a shopping bag $1.5.

My daughter asked an employee if it’s okay to touch a pallet that has highlighter, blush contour she was gonna buy it anyways and the employee said yes and then has she’s putting it on her another employee comes running up to her saying you can’t do that and she starts screaming at her. My daughter keeps telling her sorry but she still was screaming at her

Prices are fine for high quality items.

Poor absolutely nothing stocked up and its not post Christmas. This has been the scenario almost since june 2021..even during peak holiday shopping season their aisles were partially empty. Looks like all Windsor store get a secondary or tertiary treatment. Inspite of multiple shopper's.
