This is a hidden gem with a shady courtyard and various small shops. Right on the Lochside trail. There are clean indoor washrooms and an outside water bottle filler handy for cyclists. I prefer ice cream that isn’t sickly sweet. This ice cream was excellent. Stop here to wander, shop, have coffee and a treat or ice cream. (yes, the ice cream scoops are huge, isn’t that nice? Order the kiddy size)

Iconic candle store closes instead of sold to younger entrepreneur (former owner doesn't want to train a new person or share Euro contracts), so one less attraction. Farm store well stocked but -- as is the norm, very expensive. Eatery surviving through construction on main building but few patrons were on the whole site. Hopefully as the high season arrives more people will too.

Lovely shopping location for assorted decorations and seasonal items like cards, candles, bags, etc. Lovely boutique-like clothing stores . Great nursery store with good selection. The restaurant is good too! but for us, it's the ice cream. All-in-all, a nice place to stop for a break.

I visit this farm for the first time and was delighted. I was amazed by the exhibition of wooden products. I saw the masterpieces made by the artist Ray Sapergia who should and told us about his wonderful works.

What a delightful hidden gem in beautiful Broadmead. Lived in Victoria 15 years and never came across this quaint little shopping centre until recently. Ice cream for kids and shopping for seniors. I expect I’ll be here lots this summer.
