One of the best malls around town. There are also a lot of tenant stores inside where you can dine and shop till you drop. Also, the goodies you buy are cost-efficient!

Northgate Shopping Centre in North Bay offers a solid shopping experience with a variety of stores ranging from budget-friendly to higher-end options. The mall is clean and well-maintained, making it a pleasant place to shop. While it may not have the extensive selection of larger city malls, it provides a convenient and comfortable environment for everyday shopping needs.

Handicapped parking seldom available as not enough spots especially at Walmart entrance. Sometimes you see a driver sitting in a handicapped spot waiting for someone they are picking up. No one monitors it so disabled people like me are forced to park far back. The other issue is the carts, people who are disabled and able to get a spot, still need to walk quite a ways to return card thus defeating the point of handicapped parking. Mall hours with the exception of Walmart are not great. They close too early for those who work days, no time to go home then go shopping. Should be open til at least 9 for part of the week- maybe thurs, fri, sat so those who work can shop at a reasonable pace.
