honestly super disappointed with my experience here. they have a policy where if you buy the wrong product there is no refund or exchange, which is understandable. although if you purchase defective product, that policy still applies which makes zero sense. i’ve worked at dispensaries and vape stores, exchanges for damaged/defective products are very much aloud and actually quite common. many vape shops say they are “not aloud” or can’t yet they can, the only difference is it takes longer to get that money back as the shop has to return the product to the manufacturer and usually get a credit for future product. regardless, as a business you should be willing to do that to retain customers instead of saving a quick buck and ruining the seller-buyer relationship. the owner offered “splitting on a new cartridge because she has to pay as well” which is completely ridiculous as a business who makes hundreds of dollars every day, and will get a credit back anyway from the manufacturer. so yeah 60$ out of my own pocket spent on one product that should have only been 38$, had it worked. try your product in store otherwise you won’t even get an exchange when you buy something that isn’t as advertised and defective.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. They are extremely rude and sell expired product.
