Clean and easy to access and exit parking lots all the snow was cleared for traffic several resturants other businesses ,daycare and a gas station. Building is been constructed with quality material as well.

Very beautiful and peaceful neighbourhood in Southwest.

Quaint area, I work near Orchards Gate common has variety of restaurants, tried most of them and love the food and services (reputable accountant, barbershop, travel agent, spa, etc. As well as day care, dentist, physiotherapist, etc.)

Went to Petro Canada, nice and wide open mall area. Only bad part is access isn't available smoothly from all directions
