I had a great experience! We were in desperate need of a fridge—quickly and affordably. I went in, was direct and to the point, and they gave me an amazing deal on a brand-new fridge with just a couple of small dents. Bonus: it was delivered the very next day! They were fast, prompt, and courteous. I’m so glad I found this place. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality appliances at a great discount—especially if you don’t mind a few minor scuffs. The delivery fee was also very reasonable. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced such excellent customer service. Thanks again, Oxford—we’ll definitely be back for all our appliance needs!

Nothing but issues. Baught washer and dryer with warranty through them. Unit was shaking bad since day one. They tried to blame me for 10 differnt things, none were true. They took it back and "fixed it" Went to wash clothes for the 1st time and she shakes all over still. Not even worth trying to get them to do anything about it a second time.

Sold completely damaged AC units to customer after promising they are new. What a scam this place is. Do not buy from this place. Intentionally put a damaged unit back into a box.
