Parking was avilable as long as you can walk further out. Finding a table to enjoy your food is a different story. If you buy be prepared to ask for takeout. You have to fight for a table to enjoy your meal. The booths in main floor mimic Chinese mall and owners seem eager for business by greeting you at the entrance. Mall has variety of shops to enjoy from. You would not be bore when you visit here. If they fix the food court issue it will be perfect.

Very interesting mall designed in the original Chinese versions of malls with plenty of small stores. The sales staff often stand by the entrances to greet passersby and to invite them in. Everyone is very polite here. The food sold here is quite good though I was expecting better pricing. There’s plenty of parking including an underground parkade. The bathrooms are a bit way out…or more appropriately, way under…in the P1 (parkade) level. Other than this awkward location, it’s quite a nice mall. Clean and interesting.

Review of Pacific Mall, Markham, ON Pacific Mall is an iconic shopping destination in Markham, located at 4300 Steeles Ave E. Known for its vibrant atmosphere and sprawling layout, it’s a hub for unique finds and cultural experiences. Pros: • Diverse Shops: With a variety of stores specializing in electronics, fashion, beauty products, and more, there’s always something interesting to explore. It’s also a great place to find authentic Asian snacks, teas, and traditional goods. • Food Options: The food court offers a fantastic selection of Asian cuisines, from bubble tea to dim sum, making it a foodie’s paradise. • Cultural Vibes: The mall provides a distinctly multicultural experience, which feels like stepping into a bustling market in Asia. • Specialty Services: You can find unique services like phone repairs, custom gifts, and even traditional Chinese medicine shops. Cons: • Parking Challenges: Parking can be a hassle, especially during peak hours. The lot fills up quickly, and navigating it can be frustrating. • Crowded Atmosphere: The mall can get very busy, particularly on weekends, which might not appeal to those looking for a quieter shopping experience. • Aging Infrastructure: While charming, the mall’s design feels a bit dated, and some areas could use renovations. • Cash-Preferred Vendors: Many stores still prefer cash over cards, so it’s worth having cash on hand. Verdict: Pacific Mall is perfect for those seeking a unique, culturally rich shopping and dining experience. Whether you’re hunting for niche products, delicious food, or just browsing, it’s a fun destination. However, be prepared for crowds and parking challenges. Overall, it’s a must-visit if you’re in the Markham area.

Pacific Mall is a Chinese-themed shopping centre on the Markham side of Steeles Ave. The parking lot and surrounding streets can be chaotic for navigation and the washrooms are awkwardly located downstairs, but the design of the mall is otherwise fine. There are bubble tea shops, qipao vendors, cell phone case stores, and other variety stores. Double-check with each vendor how they want to accept payment.

I have been going to this mall on and off for several years. It's always been a random collection of stores, with the staples being bubble tea shops, two or three candy stores, and the food court upstairs. They are currently enjoying a bit of a Renaissance with the blind box trend. That's why I was there recently, looking for Labubus, Skullpandas, and a good old Matcha milk Boba. I had a lot of fun, and the stores have definitely embraced the cute Little Monsters.
