I was at Paris Natural Foods to buy Old Rock Coffee. Although they didn't have a large selection and mostly had only half pound sizes, I was able to get an assortment. The store was relatively busy and the on checkout, the staff was pleasant.

Basics is one of the better priced options for your local non Costco grocery store. Excellent selection of Eastern foods and spices ect.

Pharmacy you can to go. Pharma Right.

It's a cramp up pharmacy. The post office is a long wait most days. No sale items on Friday always. They only have one self-serve cash out and one cashier. The pharmacy is always busy. Expect to wait in most cases. They do carry lots of products. Not often you find a product sold out.

This place has a lot of good businesses in it. What stands out most is Paris Natural Foods They have anything and I mean anything you can find when it comes to any natural product on earth. (Maybe even off earth too) I found my pau-d'arco tea that I've been searching for forever there. Proteins to herbs and teas and quality meats and supplements and everything of the sorts. If you're a natural food kind of person but you've never been there then its time to go because you need to give this place a try
