Parkway Mall

Who doesn’t know Parkway Mall? It’s like one big convenience store but more. I can bowl. Get my passport photo taken. Get my phone stuff done. Grab a beer at Gabby’s. Do my nails. Go to the Open Window bakery and grab a hot dog bun. Community, people, if you’ve lived in and around in the area you understand how special this place is.

Despite its small size, this mall offers a diverse range of retail stores and dining options. With the exception of peak school break times and end-of-day rushes, the mall tends to be relatively quiet. Additionally, the mall is well-kept and provides ample parking space for visitors.

It is a small mall with limited variety of stores . It is quite and full of high school students most of the time . The ongoing construction and renovation has a negative impact on the customers and people want to visit and causing a lot of inconvenience for customers. There is a lack of directions signage . Access to bowling centre is only through one very slow lift . No direction was installed for that centre and it is confusing Anyway, I don’t usually go there but it was one time off . Good for the people living near by . Close to metro and Tim Horton . Toronto library there is small but it is ok .

Visited this mall today. They have some good stores that you may need to run errands at like Healthy Planet and Metro, shoppers drug mart, Dollarama, a watch repair, Home Hardware and even a Toronto Public Library! For lunch, we went to Zobra’s Greek and picked up a pita. Super fresh and delicious!!! The food court was small and clean. Gabby’s restaurant has a nice menu and they have a big patio, will definitely be going back in the summer! On the way home, we picked up some fresh baked challah bread and hot dog buns from Open Window bakery! It was delicious and the baker was really nice. Would definitely visit again!

On our recent visit to the mall we noticed that the sidewalk around the corner of the building is not safe. Most of it is occupied by the restaurant's patio (Gabby's). If someone is walking towards you one of the people must step down on the road. Today two people on the bicycles were riding on the sidewalk which made it even more dangerous. Hope that management can address this issue.
