Parkway plaza is located at 200 Centennial Parkway N. in Hamilton, Ontario. It is a neighbourhood Plaza, which has a variety of different businesses, including food basics, Dollarama, TK, Home, JYSK, Burger King, as well as a nail salon. There’s plenty of parking. It is easy to access viabus routes as well. There are numerous other businesses in the immediate area, including burrito, boys, red Swan, pizza, Nissan Parkway, car dealership, as well as many other establishments.

The Tim Hortons here has not changed at all. Only one cashier is working when the line is one mile long. The other cash register is lying idle all the time. It used to be fast service going to the Tim but now no more. The staffs are working behind the cashier but no one can spare a minute to go to the other cash register to take care of another customer in the line up. Another thorny issue is that all customers are directed to the end of the counter where food and drink will be served. The corner space is crowded with people waiting for their order. The wait can be long sometimes when the order was screwed up. What happens to the old way of serving their customers?

This mall is quite lonely and definitely needs more stores. There is always lots of parking, because it's never busy. This mall consists of Food Basics, The Salvation Army Thrift Store, JYSK, TK Home, Mint Restaurant & Lounge, Love Shop, Burger King. It used to be amazing with Kings Buffet and Future Shop, but it's still a good mall to do groceries and to go thrift shopping.
