Psycho Bunny, oh Psycho Bunny... I love your clothing. The designs are unique, the quality is undeniable, and I'm a genuine fan. However, my recent visit to your outlet location left me scratching my head, and honestly, a little disappointed. Having traveled from Ottawa specifically to check out the store during my trip, I had high hopes for some outlet-level deals. What I found were prices that felt... well, full-price. Even the clearance racks didn't offer the kind of discounts you'd expect from an outlet. To put it bluntly, I've seen Lululemon items priced more competitively. It's a shame because I truly love the brand. I've purchased Psycho Bunny in Miami, and even factoring in the exchange rate, the prices there felt more reasonable. I understand that quality comes at a cost, but at an outlet location, I expect to see significant discounts. I'm still a loyal customer and will continue to buy your clothing, but I'm really hoping you'll reconsider your outlet pricing strategy. A few genuine, deep discounts would go a long way in making this location a true destination for fans. If you are a huge fan of the brand and want to see the clothing in person, then it is worth the visit. Otherwise, you may be better off shopping online or at a store that is having a sale.

The boys were so welcoming and accommodating , that I had to buy something, I’m from Montreal and I’m used to the laval shop, but I just passed by to check the store, place is clean, nice layout and extremely knowledgeable about what’s available , sizes and stock. Life the brand. It’s an addiction. Ramen and lucky were great. 👍

I’m a huge fan of this brand in USA! Canadian still don’t see the pattern of a great brand like this! I love this places service! Victoria was absolutely phenomenal! She has amazing recommendations and an eye for detail and selection!! She should be running the show! Service 10/10. Knowledge 10/10. Overall, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND ASK FOR VICTORIA!

Product quality is good. Design is good. Staff are nice. However I purchased swim shorts as part of a particular outfit I had planned to wear on vacation, a couple of weeks before I left. The security tag was left from the shirts. I did not notice until I was out of the country, on the day of the event. Also major inconvenience as I don't have time to drive an hour back to the store to get the tag removed. After 2 months or so I finally made it back to the store to have the tag removed. Please check and remove tags before bagging goods. This burden should not be placed on the customer.

The staff was helpful and knew the products well, offering size recommendations and outfit pairings
