I saw a few bad reviews on this place on Google but I decided to go check it out for myself today. I’m happy I made the long drive. The owner while serious, is very straight to the point and no games, I like that. He was very respectful and professional. If you’re looking to do business and you’re a serious buyer, you’re not going to find a better place or better prices anywhere else. Will be going back. Thanks again

Hello, I’m reaching out because I’m still upset about an experience I had with your store. My mom purchased two rings for me, sizes 6 and was told she could return to have them resized. When I visited the store alone, I didn’t feel treated well and was even told I needed to gain weight because of my ring size 4.5. I was advised that resizing the band with small diamonds might cause the stones to fall out, so I didn’t pursue it. Additionally, the gold ring I received from my mom, which was heavier and looked completely different appeared to be a different ring from the one I was shown. It also wasn’t properly weighed. I promise that I haven’t worn it, and if I return it, it will definitely look used. I didn’t receive a new receipt or any proper documentation. Due to a busy schedule, I couldn’t address this sooner, but I hope you understand why I am reaching out now. I feel I was treated unfairly due to my lack of knowledge at the time. Even if I don’t receive a resolution, I hope you will consider improving your practices to prevent similar situations for others in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Felt their prices were high . When spending a thousands on jewelry if can make the drive to Toronto and save 20-25% I feel worth it . They are willing to negotiate a bit , but not enough for me to save $1000 for a few hours drive .

Came in for a bracelet, told him the style and he straight to the point showed me exactly what I was looking for great business left within 15 minutes, lady was also very kind helping look for a necklace great place👍

Would not recommend conducting business here they will advertise something and when you get there they will remove the tag so it can't be identified from the posting and say it must of sold then try and sell you the same thing same length and weight at a price much higher.. they conduct bad business here. I Wouldn't wanna see what they cut there gold with after the service i received there
