Ruffin's Pet Centres - Smithville

I've seen some poor aquarium care, never have I ever seen as many dead fish blatantly left in tanks stuck to the filter intake (removal would have taken under 5 min). One Betta fish looked like his eyes were rotting out. Either keep fish well or don't keep fish.

I called ahead, vented about my senior pups pain problem (basically crying) and the girl working the phone was SO sweet, quickly offered a solution/pain reliever and even had it waiting at the counter for me upon arrival! Both her and her coworker (I didn’t grab their names unfortunately) but both ladies were SO amazing, patient, and kind. Thank you for such an amazing experience!

I was pleasantly surprised by this store. I came in looking for very small booties for my dog and I was able to find them after help from the kind and helpful staff. Although there wasn’t much selection and the ones I found were more expensive than I would have liked. It is a small store but well able to supply most needs.
