Great business to deal with. I contacted Ricky about some Toronto Arenas hats he had. He let me know that he had limited quantities in stock. I asked him price and shipping to me in Toronto. He was a great guy to deal with. Very helpful. Quick responses. Very honest and did as he promised to. The quality of the product was stellar. This is the same kind of stuff I would have purchased at Real Sports or a business like that. Great to support the small business owner and get good value as well as good quality at the same time.

Had a great experience with Josh out of the Blue Mountain store!! He went above and beyond to offer great customer service! Despite difficulties with delivery with Canada Post, Josh stayed in touch and personally went out of his way to make sure I received this awesome sweatshirt. Will definitely promote the store and this business! Thanks again Josh!

Cannot share full story. This is continued from blue mountain location.... After agreeing to wait the 4 weeks for it to be assessed (I had no problem waiting, because I knew it was a manufacturing fault), I received a voicemail from the store assistant, not the owner who I had been dealing with, stating that they had my coat back and that they have gone ahead an just fixed the zipper themselves. They did not call and ask me if this was okay. I called them back and was told by the store assistant, not the owner who I had been dealing with, that they didn’t want me to wait the 4 weeks (which was appreciated, but I was also confused because they had not communicated with me), but now that because they got the coat fixed for me, I had to pay $40 for the repair! Not only could I have gotten this fixed for cheaper myself (I sourced out quotes when I was having issues with not being able to find the manufacturer and with all the waiting), I am truly shocked that they went ahead without my permission in fixing it, without dealing with the manufacturer and then expect customers to pay out of pocket for a manufacturing fault. So now, my already $200 overpriced, poorly made and with a brand that clearly does not exist (my thoughts are the owner sources them cheaply and sells them for quality) coat is now $240 and I had to pay out of pocket once again for a fault that is not mine. Had the owner stuck to the original plan and sent it to be “assessed”, it would’ve come back as a manufacturing fault and I would’ve been able to get either my money back or store credit. I’m failing to understand why that didn’t happen. I would’ve happily purchased a different brand of coat from them. Even though I was already wary of the products they were selling, I truly believe in trying to support local businesses. It seems to me that the owner is not able to stand behind the products he is selling. I would be wary of the brand “KoldTeK” and be cautious if you are planning on making an expensive purchase from Sinergy clothing. Truly disappointed.
