My name is Terri and I was at this mall just now. Its April 24th at 8pm. I went to winners and then proceeded to the atm machine at the cibc. I suffered a traumatic experience last year that has left me dependent on a emotional support dog to leave the house and get around. I take medication for anxiety and depression. Due to my trauma having a man approach me like that trigger my fears and anxiety! I was at the atm when a security guard came over to me and started yelling at me depending that I leave the mall! I tried explaining it was a service dog and he kept yelling that no dogs in mall. That he had worked all day and was tired. I started yelling at him not to talk to me like that! One customer was concern at how he was treating me and told me to make a complaint. I have never been so mistreated and humiliated like this man treated me. I hope that something will be done because security is to provide safety and security. My dog is a Yorkshire terrier and weighs 6lbs,so tiny to most but my strength at a time of weakness and fear. I asked him for his badge name but I was so emotional that all I remember was Yousif. No customer deserves what I just went through!
