We are a Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil and True Balsamic Vinegar retail store. We have nearly 40 different flavours of Balsamic Vinegar and 30 different flavour infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Unlike our competitors, we hand craft and sensory taste all of our flavoured products at our facility in Niagara Falls Canada, using all natural flavours created for us by a Canadian flavour house. Our company originally started in Saskatchewan and has expanded across Canada, with our main production and distribution facility in Niagara Falls, ON, Canada. Our EVOO and Balsamic Vinegar used in our flavoured products are imported directly from Italy and are tested to ensure the highest quality to produce a premium product.

The first Trifon’s Pizza was opened in 1972 by our founder Trifon Agioritis. If it was one thing Trifon knew, it was great pizza! So he decided to stake his name on it. With an honest to goodness crust, smothered with fresh tomato sauce, gooey mozzarella cheese, and all your favorite fresh toppings, it is no wonder Trifon’s has been serving customers for over 40 years.
