Stratford Mall

Love this mall! New shops opening recently and more coming! Excited to see what’s ahead. Could use new furniture and some better food court options though.

The staff here treated me like garbage because I mentioned that every time I walk from one end of the mall to the other to use the washroom, I find it “closed for cleaning” especially at the end of the day. The staff member argued with me and told me they close them at 8 pm, meanwhile the washroom is locked closed at 7:30. It was frustrating. The mall is okay other than the bad hours and poor food court. Thank god for winners and firehouse subs which keep the mall alive.

I stopped in at the Tim Hortons to grab a quick breakfast while on the road. My experience is not the greatest in all my times stopping there. The store was clean, the staff were busy with orders. The male working the counter was friendly enough, until it came time to scan your points card(especially for the roll up the rim). The server neglected to ask about said points card and went right on through to the payment, he did not offer to re do the order either. I can handle Mis haps like that. What I can not handle is watching staff pour the contents from one roll up the rim cup,into a different non roll up the rim cup, and put the original roll up the rim cup they grabbed BACK in the stack of good clean unused cups! I will no longer be making this location my Stratford Tim’s stop.

Has all the amenities. I love Fabricland in this mall they have all the good store and stuff

Desperately wish there was security! To have the jewellery store robbed 3 times in a year? That is scary!! Please, management, do better!!
