Sunglass Outfitters by Sunglass Hut

I told the manager that I need to return my glasses after I used them once because it gave me headache but she didn’t returned and said there’s a scratch on it. The worker there checked my glasses for an hour and he definitely used those glasses more than me. If there was any scratch it was made by him. In the end he asked me to come back on another day.

I wanted to return my Rayban Meta glasses after I used them just once and the worker there after 1 hour of wait told me to come on another day when the manager will be here. I went to Barrie from Innisfil again on Uber just for the manager to tell me that there's a scratch on the glasses and can't be returned meanwhile there was no scratch. They only costed me another 80$ on Uber.

They don't return items when it's clearly written on the receipt. It's not written in Rayban's term and conditions or on the receipt that you can't return after using them once.

Located inside of Cabela's, we received top notch customer service and bought a great pair of sunglasses. A little hard to find because we didn't know Sunglasses Hut is located inside another store.
