If I could give 0 stars I would. This is by far the worst Sunglass hut store EVER. The manager was so rude, disrespectful, helpless and borderline racist. My husband and I went to return a UNUSED pair of glasses and she refused in the most rude way possible claiming they were "totally" damaged. Which is not correct since the glasses were not used at all. She denied proof of salesman's inspection of the glasses and proceeded to yell at us and not listening. She honestly should be fired. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I ordered sunglasses online via store and paid money. The cashier said it will come in 2 weeks but even waiting for one month it did not come. When i called the store they said that we forgot to place an order. They wasted my time. Big no to this store, worst customer service

I strongly caution against considering this location for your purchases; instead, explore alternatives where the staff treats customers with the respect they deserve.
