Loved the selection and the shoes. Lots of parking and helpful staff. We were able to find outfits for our Gala last Saturday night. There are not many larger sizes but they are carefully selected so what is available is very nice. The owner is focusing on ensuring more larger sizes in the future. We will definitely be back with the girls to look for more finds. So much fun. Beautiful window displays.

An fun shop. Lots of amazing items and brands that are very hard to find. They know there stuff. Items are well organized and you feel like you are in a boutique atmosphere. I have ordered online and have been to the store. Thank you Michelle for all of your help. If you are looking for reasonably prices couture this is the place to visit. There were only 2 dressing rooms that were quite small but other than the size a 5 star review would have been in order. Lots of parking out front and located in the heart of down town Charlottetown.

Total scam. Buyer beware. I would caution against purchasing any item online from them as I was repeatedly told lies by the owner. I purchased 3 Louis Vuitton items over instagram. I could not get additional photos of the items despite repeated requests after I had paid. I never received tracking of said items despite multiple asks. After two weeks and no parcel, I was told an employee filled out the customs form wrong (I am in the USA), and that the items were mailed out again, though I never received the new tracking or insurance info despite additional requests over additional weeks. After 5 weeks, I requested my money back. The owner said the "items absolutely were en route and would arrive that week, and that i could decide whether to return them or pay her when they showed up." No items ever arrived; most likely because they were never shipped or in the possession of the store in the first place. When I tried to discuss problems in communication and accountability with owner, she informed me of one personal/family issue after the next. Whilst sympathetic, perhaps best to close shop when unable to meet basic customer service needs (i.e. if I pay for an item, ship it!). I received my money back, though the process was a stressful headache and absolute time waste. It was unacceptable behavior by any business or individual.
