Tower Hill Plaza

I recently visited the McDonald's location at 386 Tower Hill Rd, Richmond Hill, which opened on December 19, 2024, and I had a fantastic experience! I ordered a BLT combo with a medium coffee with one cream, and it was delicious. The managers, Gagan and Susan, were incredibly polite and attentive. They processed my order quickly and were very courteous throughout the interaction. The restaurant was impressively clean, which added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. What stood out to me was how thorough they were in assisting me with my order. After I received my meal, Susan took the time to greet me and wished me a great day, which made me feel valued as a customer. Overall, I highly recommend this location for its excellent service and welcoming environment. Kudos to Susan and Gagan for running such a wonderful establishment!

Parking lot is small however has many stores such as Macdonald, DQ, walk in clinic, Kumon, etc. Since Macdonald opened, the parking spaces is not enough and the road became narrow for cars.

Love to shop in Canadian Tire... been to 🏪 Shoppers Drugmart this this afternoon had my covid 19 bivalent shot with my loved One. The staffs are nice to deal with, excellent service. Also, we've been in Sobeys. The employees there are nice too, especially the Lady who served us in ready to eat/ 🍲 food department, she's nice and friendly, so with the cashie. I'm very happy to give them a five 🌟 rate. Thank you.

Wonderful store with amazing inexpensive lovely French parfums. Couldn't leave, wonderful people too!

Small strip Mall, nicely organized. Quite well mannered clientele. The place is kept clean, and well maintained.
