My Dr. Is there and Tim's , Freshco. It's a good Plaza with lots of variety

The plaza provided a diverse shopping experience with a mix of stores, including popular brands and local businesses. It was well-maintained, with ample parking and green spaces. The layout was convenient, offering a variety of options from clothing to electronics. One notable aspect was the presence of Indian restaurants, adding a flavorful touch to the culinary offerings. The plaza, with its mix of shops and eateries, proved to be a convenient and enjoyable destination for various needs.

There is a great little Mediterranean style restaurant there that serves up delicious heaping plates at a very reasonable price, with a cozy feel. No chain restaurant, family owned and good quality.

Convenient location with options. Just watch the traffic. This plaza has groceries, restaurants, and some services (gas, Tims, etc.). Just be careful when walking or biking, as visibility to the cars is limited when navigating through the this maze parking lot. Also nearby is a kids playground and sports complex with a nearby dog park and hiking trails. Convenient, as it is close to the expressway with S and N bound entrances from University street.

A typical plaza with freshco as the main attraction. A couple food places like subway and a great little Greek place at the end. 3 stars because getting into and out of this plaza can be a bit tricky as university tends to be busy. Gas station is always has gas many cents over most.
