If you want to sling tacos and tequila you have to be in the right place. Bourbon Street comes with a long history of being the centre of West Edmonton’s restaurant and nightlife scene, so we knew it was the perfect spot to plant our taco flag (yes, we have one in the back) and open up “shop”.
