Uncle Tetsu's shop first opened in Fukuoka, Japan in 1985 when Uncle Tetsu, or as his family knows him Tetsushi Mizokami, perfected his signature Japanese Cheesecake. Our stores are famous worldwide for making everything fresh right before your eyes in an open-concept bakery with fresh and locally sourced ingredients to achieve the same quality and taste that is enjoyed internationally.
