Not what it used to be. White Oaks Mall is becoming a dollar store mall. The nicer stores are gone, lots of boarded up spaces. It lost a lot of staple clients like The Gap because it refused to negotiate flexible leases and now they’ve got lots of vacancy. They also lost higher end jewelers and replaced them with costume jewellery venders. The mall should’ve tried harder to retain clients during difficult economic conditions to give some balance to the mall’s assortment.

I love this mall. There are a great variety of shops and decent food court options. I like the location as it's right by the library and play ground and other shops surrounding the mall that I enjoy. It's a good way to spend a lazy afternoon. I wish the bathrooms were a little cleaner and updated though, especially the family ones.
