Woodside Square

Unique mall with wildlife and jurassic themed exhibits in the hallways. A mall like this cannot be found elsewhere. Just the wildlife exhibits are a reason to visit this mall. I came for the nearby Saravana Bhavan restaurant but ended up perusing the mall exhibits. This is a very family friendly mall with a lot of interesting ethnic bakeries and fast food joints. There is also a rather large kids only jungle themed playground in the mall.

I would live to know why there are a pair of bald eagles being “stored” on the construction site on your property. This is absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention you have owls in the mall!! Owls need quiet and to hide from humans. You are causing so much stress to these voiceless animals. I hope you are ashamed of yourself. This isnt the first time ill be reporting your mall for animal cruelty. Remember when the bunnies you had? Also why is there a store opening for toddlers to play with bunnies and other small animals? How many animals have died while in your care?

Came here for dinner and saw the live bird displays around the mall. Some birds looked stressed, and I witnessed a group of people holding onto a bird’s tail through the cage to stop it from flying (not shown in the video I posted). This kind of environment isn’t right for animals. If you agree, consider reaching out to the mall or city to ask that these displays be reviewed or removed.

such a dynamic and kid-friendly mall. lots to see and explore without paying admission. food prices are reasonably priced in my opinion (not over-priced for Scarborough ppl, thx!) highly recommended to check it out, cannot wait for the new cinema expansion to go live

Very convenient location, good variety at the food court, and there's a food basics, shoppers drug mart, post office, and 3 bakeries. Very good South Indian food, Filipino food, Carribean food stall, and Chinese food
