Giving it a three because it needs to be cleaned more in weekends! On Saturdays and Sundays garbage is always overflowing and flying all over. Noticed it a few different times.

Lots there but parking and pedestrians are a nightmare. The whole road by the Plaza needs to be pedestrianized so taxis and lazy people don't block roads,

I believe this is the only mall in Windsor. It's actually modern and big. The foodcourt could add a little more choices but still it's a good one.
