Billings Bridge Shopping Centre is a nice plaza serving the Riverside area. It's a nice shopping center that's never too busy, and it has several stores that you can no longer find elsewhere. The top level is a food court and a Dollarama, plus the ground level has a Walmart.

Medium-sized community mall with lots of stores and businesses in here. There are over 80 stores here and the popular ones like Walmart, LCBO, Dollarama, Rexall, Booster Juice, Tim Hortons and various other fine dining options and interesting things to do here. It connects directly to a major bus stations and serves as a major Hub for OC Transport bus service. This makes ths shopping center easily accessible by public transit. Large free of cost parking available, the mall is well-maintained and offers good shopping experience for everyday needs.

Mall is decent size with ample parking both at the front and rear of the building. Some notable stores include, Walmart, independent, multiple mobile carriers. There are two banks on site. The food court is located on the second floor (McDonald’s, Tim Hortons subway, shawarma etc). The bathrooms are well used but were clean.

The mall has a lot of things needing to get fixed. The doors with the activation buttons don't work or are extremely hard to actually activate. (Multiple entrances). There was a muddy dog running and lunging at real service dogs. Unfortunately, security never found them, but that was quite annoying and disturbing to watch. People really need to stop bringing untrained pets inside. Security has been great with communication. They listened to our concerns, but they would also need to learn the aoda laws about service animals or a good recap so they can efficiently remove untrained pets that do not help a disabled individual. The mall needs to fix the doors, too. Not only did the buttons not work, the doors didn't fully open at all, and they were not the easiest to open. The mall was clean, there was no debris on the ground, and it was generally a cool place to go shopping in. I hope my concerns get addressed as this is a serious issue.
