Vast mall. Not pedestrian friendly. It's a long area to cover on foot and wide open to the elements. To give you an idea of how far from one end to the other, it is serviced by 2 O-Train stations (Ottawa light rail public transit). One on each end. This doesn't even cover the full area. The parking lot will have you frustrated and going up and down what may be roads. Often coming upon a conflict with other drivers who are just as lost as you are. If you're just going to one spot, like Walmart, I guess this place will do. Avoid late night and always stay alert. As this area is known to have a criminal element and can be quite dangerous. There are many shopping and entertainment options. Along with a couple banks and restaurants. Even a movie theatre. Be it an older one.

I was injured in the store and they were supposed to have their insurance company contact me. They lied. No contact despite a manager named Kassi assured me twice he would have their isurance company contact me.

Recently went to a similar style Plaza in barrhaven on a Friday evening. What an eye-opener! It made me realize how run down and dead our end of town is. We need to get some good restaurants and trendy shops and treats that will get this mall popping again!
