Fascinating market area. It's several former factory buildings converted into retail and event spaces. It still looks a bit rough around the edges right now but it's well worth the effort to find, has potential to be a great market spot. From work out areas, to gourmet poutine, coffee shop, craft beer, bicycles, comics, pottery shop, dance studio and several more it makes for a nice little outting to walk around the building's to see what's there.

Great area that is growing with so many things to do. Careful in the driveway as it needs some work.

Nice little pocket of good food, drink and entertainment. Check out The Rope Factory and Spool for some great poutine.

Nice area. Lots to see and to do. Parking lot could use some maintenance, specially after some rain is just a mud pit. - may be they should start to offer mud fights and just make a rink out of it instead.

7th Coffee Co. is a treat and a mission on behalf of his son. The store is tucked to the east side of this niche property. Owner Mike Gatopoulos donates a percentage of his profits towards treatment of children missing the 7th chromosome. They roast the beans and grind fresh every sale. The flavors are broad and ethically sourced. Great gift for that coffee connoisseur you love to surprise.
