Aside from its very questionable diversity of clientele in the area, everything you need in one great plaza! Great selections great service, shady and sketchy diversity in clientele unfortunately. Plenty of theft and police visits to this Plaza.

Good businesses, pedestrians at the grocery do not give a F. They walk straight into traffic. It's STUPID busy when there's games at the Civic center. The cars near the plaza (grocery to dollarstore) get so jammed and aggressive its nerve wracking. But I still visit twice a week:)

I think it's a great place, kind of am all in one stop.. You got room Horton's, grocery store, sub shop, first choice haircutters and a dollar store.. Not bad

One stop shop for almost all shopping needs! Dollar store, food for take out and dine in. Groceries and beer/spirits pick up :)

Good amount of stores . Generally if I don't need anything super specific I can get away with getting all my groceries, small things (Dollarama) and liqueur here
