Great In and out area. In to the MoneyMart and out with the money. YOU’RE MONEY 👍 In to the McDonald’s and out quick… it’s a bit rough ( street presence) and tries to stay clean but this poor restaurant gets absolutely bombed at lunch dinner and holidays !!! Watch out Canada Fay here 😳😳😳 Coffee shop that’s new on the corner that’s quick service this is a very old part of Bank Street just before The Promenade and it’s a nice slice of Ottawa and it’s right on the doorstep to so many options so this building is a great starting point if you need cash and a quick place to eat and run as you head out to enjoy downtown !! 👍😎

This “mall” if that’s what they are calling it is not what I would even close to consider calling it a mall it’s tiny as hell and has maybe 6 stores in it and that’s being extremely nice. I will be going back to this Building today and I will be making sure I count the shops and I will take my time counting them and I will make sure to re-do my referral so that way you all know or have the proper amount of stores in this building they call a “mall”
Seeing the world In a different way
More commonly known as 240 Sparks st mall, the C D Howe Building is a nice Mall / Government office building in the heart of downtown Ottawa. The building includes; Many government offices like... A DND recruiting centre, immigration and citizen office and mall services like... a good food court with many resturaunts and many areas to eat and sit quietly. A micro brewery pub (The 3 Brewers) A great men's business fashion store (Bentons Fashion), and a Rexall Pharma plus drug store with excellent staff. (Even Prime Minister Trudeau came to this location to get his Covid vaccination shot.) There are also many other stores and professional services available throughout the complex. If you like my reviews, photos or videos you know Howe to give the thumbs up button.

Food court wasn't as full of variety as before the pandemic. The place is bright and nice though still under construction so parking and access to the building is a bit more work.

The food court is improving and stores are opening again after the pandemic. Timothy's Coffee, Lunch and Subway are still closed and didn't seem to survive. Marchello's salad bar is my go to place when I am at work.
