C & S Dryclean & Alterations

I cannot thank this place enough! I came in with a wedding dress that needed a simple alteration—just taking it in about an inch—and they had it done within two hours. Not only was the work perfect, but the person who helped me was extremely pleasant, professional, and kind throughout the whole process. After being quoted an outrageous $800–$900 elsewhere for the same alteration, I was blown away by the fair price ($85) and the quick turnaround here. Truly saved my day and my dress! Highly recommend!

A very friendly gentleman assisted me when I dropped off my dry cleaning, I had to call last minute to request a rush on one of the items. They were very accommodating and had my stuff ready even earlier than I needed. Price was reasonable, service was amazing. Extremely happy about this experience. Will be bringing all my items to them in the future.

Izzy is amazing! I trust him with all of our gown alterations, suit alterations, dress shirt alterations, and dry cleaning. Super friendly, great pricing, and good turn around time if needed! I’ve been coming here for 10 years now and can’t imagine going anywhere else!

I, much like a number of people here - have been a customer of this man / establishment for a number of years... Sadly I've experienced the same treatment as various others detail here... Took a pair of pants and a dress shirt in for alterations, arrived for pick up as scheduled - only to find out my clothes were hours away from being altered as promised.hours later upon pick up - after having worked 13 hour shift overnight, I didn't try anything on-I was simply too tired, but had history with this service. Later that day while at home, I noticed the pants had a stain on them that was ABSOLUTELY not there when dropped off and tried on for pinning. I returned to the shop to discuss the stain, the Owner agreed to clean the stain - with some resistance, and pure denial that it happened while he was in possessionof my garments. At that time, I noticed another stain on the dress-shirt same grease stain as the pants. When brought to the owners attention - he resisted and totally denied any responsibility, but claimed he would clean the stains. He also stated he would NOT service me anymore after cleaning my garments - I told him don't worry about the stains, and I will take my clothes elsewhere... this was after spending $75 on a shirt and pants.... I would urge anybody who may be considering using this service - to seek another opportunity. This man is sloppy and is not man enough to have admitted / owned the wrong-doing and instead was happy feeding his fragile ego by banishing me from his store... I told the owner NOT to worry, I'd take my garments elsewhere... I simply DON'T need the money associated with a free dry-cleaning of a pair of pants and dress shirt that I just spent $75 having altered.... HOWEVER in principle, and given the fact that my clothing was spotless prior to bringing them to C and S, and in consideration of the total lack of accountability - I'd urge anybody considering using this service - to shop elsewhere... Horrible place my husband brought his brand new jeans with tags on were stolen and owner refuses to take responsibility. Absolutely horrible place and owner is refusing to acknowledge his crime and keeps stating my husband picked up the jeans already which he did not and of course he has the receipt for pick up! And now is stating that my husband has a different colour pick up receipt that he doesn’t recognize from his very same store. Stay far unless you want to be robbed!
