Had a great experience shopping for heels at Coco Shoes! Walked in and immediately was drawn to a great variety of beautiful options! I was looking for size 5 heels for a wedding I’m attending in 2 days and Nadia was so patient, kind, helpful and very personable! She didn’t push me to purchase the wrong option just to make the sale, which I really appreciated. She had great/genuine energy and was very generous with her time spent finding me just the perfect heels I was searching for! A huge plus, the prices are pretty reasonable compared to other shoe stores in the mall! Overall, the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. Most definitely worth checking this store out and supporting good business! Thank you Nadia and Coco Shoes!

I visited here a few days ago to buy heels for my prom and had an amazing experience! Coco really has a wide variety of not only beautiful but comfortable shoes for every occasion. Additionally, the store manager, Lamba, was super sweet and her input on which heels would go best on me and with my prom dress was incredibly helpful. I not only love my new shoes but can confidently say I will be back here soon!

I started my journey at Coco shoes today for my mother of the bride outfit. Lamba greeted me immediately with a big smile and no pressure. I told her what I was looking for and was trying on beautiful shoes in minutes. She was the only person working and never missed a beat. I ended up purchasing 2 pair of shoes and a handbag. Thrilled with everything. Customer service is not what it used to be. I will likely return because of Lambas knowledge,& kindness.

If you come in Coco shoes you need to speak to Nadia. She is the nicest shoe lady I have ever met absolutely five stars nothing less. Customer service is amazing, sooo friendly and welcoming, great conversation, absolutely loved my visit
